The back is known to be the most stressed out part of the body simply because it is the part that holds all of the other body parts like the head, the arms, and the legs together. Now for this part, one would have to use his thumbs all the time because he has to precisely hit certain points in the body. He has to make sure to apply the right amount of pressure which is not too weak nor too strong.

Once that is done, slowly move up to the shoulder region and start concentrating on this area. Now do take note that this is where all the stress is which means this is where the muscles bunch up. So one has to make sure that he is very precise when it comes to pressing the points here so that he may unblock the clogs.

Now the last part of this process would be massaging the neck area. Now this produces more of a relaxing effect on the receiver as the neck has nerves that would induce relaxation. From there, quickly rub all parts of the back and finish up.
